Though there may be numerous definitions— according to us, meditation is decluttering the mind and experiencing a state of ease and joy. Meditation is not a fad, or a fashion that will pass. Meditation is not merely an exercise in concentration and self-control. Meditation is a path to awaken to beautiful states of sustained joy, empowerment, and optimism.
To truly understand how our meditations work, you need to understand “The Transformation Triad” of Breath-Mind-Consciousness. Harnessing these three elements of the transformation triad, will lead you beyond stress and confusion into calm, clarity, and connection. Most meditations use only one or two of these three elements. Our approach integrates all three.
