I noticed when I listened to the 5th session in Mystic Secrets the description of the steps for Soul Sync is out of alignment with the actual steps creating confusion.
Also there was considerable sound distortion (I experimented on different devices) on the 4th and 5th session - so much so, it is difficult to discern Preethaji's words in places.
It is a beautiful series, so I hope you can fix these issues.

I reported the same problems several months ago. Preethaji's voice is distorted on many of her videos when she talks loud. An audio engineer could fix that very easily. The first level tech support does not seem to take it very seriously.
