I have changed my email address. When I change it in the Account section it reverts back to the old email address and sends an email to the old one with a confirmation link. As I can no longer access my old email address I cannot confirm the change of email. How can I fix this problem? Thank you.

I have emailed you through this contact page multiple times explaining that I need to change my email address.
I have tried to do that using the Account page MULTIPLE TIMES however because that process triggers an email to my old email address, which I no longer have access to, asking me to confirm this request I do not receive the confirmation emails hence my address reverts back to the original email address.
Could you please email me at [email protected] to confirm that you have received this email and advise me what to do?
