Hello, I am Preethaji. I want to welcome you to Breathing Room, your toolkit for a calm and inspired life — a place to access moving meditations that are effective and practiced by millions around the globe, from beginner to experienced meditator alike. Our meditations draw from ancient wisdom, modern science and our own transcendental experiences — and consist of a unique flowing sequence which captivates the mind and can free the practitioner from thinking about time.
These meditations have been designed by my husband Krishnaji and me, from the huge reservoir of teachings and practices of O&O Academy, our philosophy and meditation school for transforming consciousness.
