Calm (Kannada)
Peace is an accessible inner state where creativity and freedom are born. Calm is a series of eight guided meditations designed to cultivate a deep sense of inner peace. The best way to practice is one meditation per day. If you miss a day, don’t worry. Simply pick up where you left off. Each phase of Calm targets a specific aspect of your body, mind and consciousness. This sequential approach connects the three, resulting in greater well being.
The series starts with several breathwork meditations to help you relax. By learning to relax your nervous system, you will discover greater calm. Once in this state, your focus will turn to calming the limbic brain (your survival center). This settles the body and brings mental clarity. From this place of ease, you can nurture a state of acceptance and cultivate a deep sense of peace in your consciousness.
